 I'm a student of Web Design University, and I'm offering  low cost Quality website design to build my design portfolio. I have been programming for about 5 years. I have HTML, CSS, JavaScript certification and web design certification. Also I earned a macromedia flash certificate from Macromedia University.
I care about the quality of my coding, so I take the time to do testing on a W3C validator. I use the latest technologies and my coding is compatible with most internet browsers. Also, I spend extra time to make all the files as small as possible for faster loading. I consider myself an information designer, so I usually like simple navigation. Soon I will publish my e-book about search engines and Search Engine Optimization as the most important aspect of successful online business.
